By accessing or using Voilo Mail ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Voilo Mail is an email client web application that connects to existing IMAP/SMTP servers on behalf of the user (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, custom servers, etc.). Voilo Mail does not host email accounts itself, except for users with a @voilo.eu address.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Voilo Mail. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

Voilo Mail acts as a client to your existing email provider. Your use of Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, or any other service through Voilo Mail remains subject to that provider's terms of service. We do not control, modify, or take responsibility for the underlying provider's behavior, downtime, or policies.

The Voilo Mail interface, brand, logos, and code are owned by Voilo. All third-party libraries are used under their respective open-source licenses.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the absence of bugs, or that emails will always be delivered.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voilo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that compromises the security or stability of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of operation, without regard to conflict of law principles.
